Chakras define both the physical and energetic fields of our bodies and lives. Each of the seven main chakras has an identical endocrine gland (please refer to the chart on gig images for a clear idea). So, it plays a wonderful, yet delicate role which is responsible for our vitality.
The seven major centers start at the root of the spine and end at the crown of the head:
- Root Chakra
- Sacral Chakra
- Solar Plexus Chakra
- Heart Chakra
- Throat Chakra
- Third Eye Chakra
- Crown Chakra
These seven centers give us an arrangement for our personal growth and lifelong maturation process, as we embrace both our physical, human parts and higher-consciousness, spiritual parts.
Accordingly, chakra cleansing, balancing, aligning and healing is an important part of our usual subsistence and growth. Aligning and opening these centers can bring ourselves to a multi-level approach where we assess and integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic implications of each chakra.
