When one makes a promise, vow or enters into a contract, you are making this with full knowledge and compliance of Universal law. The problem is the Universe recognizes this and holds you to it. This means that if you’ve ever made any sort of contract in this lifetime or any other, it may still be playing itself out today in some manner in your life.
These can be any type of contract you may have made with a person or situation. Most common are marriage vows, vows of poverty (from previously being a nun, monk or priest), but there are many other vows that you may have made that remain unknown to you. Some may generate limiting beliefs, resistance or sabotaging behavior patterns in your energy field.
That is why it is a good idea to periodically clear these past vows from your records. This is because most vows come with a lesson that is needed to be learned. If the lesson hasn’t yet been learned it may remain in your records until it is. Other vows can be cleared right away as the contract may have expired but the energy may still be sitting in your records. These old vows that are simply there holding energy are ready to be removed.
