Hi, I'm Mikaila, a healer, a guide, and an angel walking this earth with you. It is my mission and primary focus is to heal and empower an entire population of people who believe it is normal to live in a state of survival, fear, and unknown.
Every emotion that you experience has an energetic frequency attached to it. Feelings of joy, happiness and love all have very high frequencies, while feelings of anger, sadness, and forlorn have very low energetic frequencies. Any and every time you suppress these feelings, their energetic frequencies become trapped in your physical body and they will show up in a number of different ways.
Trapped emotions can show up as triggers (situational immediate anger, resentment, pain, fear etc.) anxiety, depression, PTSD, pain in your body, hunger, emptiness, fatigue, acne, headaches, migraines, adhesions, seizers, heart palpitations, tumors, endometriosis, and so many other forms, those are just a few examples. All of these things hold a power over you.
I am certified in a unique healing modality to tap into your subconscious energy, pinpoint the trapped emotions that are ready to be released, and rid them from your mind and body!
